Description:
Capacity building program to increase one's capacity to diagnose and resolve simple computer maintenance issues. This will enable ICT activists to offer more reliable services, to save money on technical assistance, and to generate income through providing maintenance services to local institutions and others. The course thus fits into a key strategy for improving the centres’ sustainability, namely to help them become local reference points for ICT service provision.
