- Empower eCenters (including telecenters) workers by giving them the necessary tools to fight the digital divide, - Strengthen the livelihood of underdeveloped regions by making eAdministration services accessible for all, especially people living in underdeveloped regions and ethnic minorities, with a focus on the Gypsies. - Provide assistance in the usage of eGovernment services for all, - Introduce the benefits of e-Services / e-knowledge to as wide a segment of the population as possible, - Give knowledge that is applicable to various local needs, - Create learning material that is easy to learn through playful, interactive methods, - Develop an environment that is flexible in order to accommodate learning at different paces, depending on individual needs, - Offer an online space where learners can turn to with questions and where they can find helpful tutoring and the chance to interact with other students, - Build and support a network that efficiently assists the needs of eCenter workers.
